Welcome to Eventyzo. These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of our website at eventyzo.com and your engagement with our event management services. By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Eventyzo

Eventyzo is a professional event management company based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, founded by Shubham Dabral. We provide end-to-end event planning, wedding management, corporate event organisation, catering, tent house setup, decoration, photography, videography, and entertainment services across Gurgaon and the wider Delhi NCR region.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eventyzo.com or availing our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety
• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when engaging with our team

3. Service Booking & Agreements

All service engagements with Eventyzo are subject to a formal written agreement or service proposal confirming event details, scope of services, timelines, and agreed pricing. A service booking is considered confirmed only upon:

• Signature of the service agreement / proposal by both parties
• Receipt of the agreed advance/booking deposit by Eventyzo

Verbal commitments, website enquiries, or initial discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

• Booking Advance: As specified in the service agreement (typically 30-50% of total value) to confirm and block the date
• Milestone Payments: As outlined in the project timeline within the service agreement
• Final Settlement: Balance payment to be cleared on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other methods communicated at the time of booking. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to Eventyzo in writing (via email or official correspondence). Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 25% of the total booking amount is non-refundable
• Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable
• Cancellation within 30 days of the event: 75% of the total booking amount is non-refundable
• Cancellation within 7 days of the event: 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable

In the event of a force majeure situation (natural disaster, government-imposed restrictions, pandemic, etc.), Eventyzo will work with the client on a case-by-case basis to reschedule the event or arrive at a fair resolution.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling of their event subject to vendor and team availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the originally confirmed event date. Eventyzo reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee to cover administrative and vendor re-coordination costs.

7. Client Obligations

To enable Eventyzo to deliver services effectively, the client agrees to:

•       Provide timely, accurate, and complete information regarding event requirements, guest count, venue, dietary needs, and other relevant details
•       Obtain all necessary permissions, licences, and regulatory approvals for the event venue and activities
•       Ensure a safe and respectful working environment for Eventyzo staff and associated vendors on site
•       Make all payments on time as per the agreed schedule

8. Scope of Services

Services provided by Eventyzo are limited to those explicitly outlined in the signed service agreement. Any additional services, upgrades, or changes requested after agreement signing may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.

9. Third-Party Vendors

Eventyzo works with a network of trusted third-party vendors including caterers, photographers, decorators, entertainment artists, and venue managers. While we take care in selecting and coordinating with these vendors, Eventyzo is not directly liable for the independent actions, quality of output, or contractual failures of third-party service providers. Any specific vendor commitments will be documented in the service agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on eventyzo.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Eventyzo and protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Eventyzo.

Photographs, videos, or other media produced by Eventyzo’s team during your event may be used by Eventyzo for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

11. Limitation of Liability

Eventyzo’s total liability to a client in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Eventyzo for that specific event. Eventyzo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service delivery, third-party vendor performance, or force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.

14. Amendments

Eventyzo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
